At the conference's third day the delegates visited the Scottish Agricultural College to look at research and practical solutions to many of the issues that was discussed at the conference.
In the afternoon a panel consisting of David Homer - dairy farmer and Chairman of IDF-UK, John Gilliland - farmer and former chairman of the Rural Climate Change Forum in Northern Ireland, Paul Wolcott, dairy farmer in the USA, Pierre Gerber, FAO Livestock Policy Officer, and Anders Fagerberg, Dairy Expert from DeLaval presented their conclusions and take home messages.
